The Volvo P1800E is a sports car from Volvo Cars. It is the successor to the 1800S.
Numerous changes came with the fuel-injected 1800E in 1970; A B20E engine with Bosch D-Jetronic fuel injection and a revised camshaft. All this provided 130 hp without additional effect on fuel consumption.
The top speed was about 190 km/h and an acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in 9.5 secondswas reached. In addition, the 1970 model was the first 1800 with four-wheel disc brakes.
