The Retro Classics Stuttgart has made "an important step forward", said Roland Bleinroth, Managing Director of Messe Stuttgart. Also Karl Ulrich Herrmann, Managing Director of Retro Exhibitions GmbH and initiator of the Retro Classics Stuttgart, was more than satisfied. More than 45 percent of the visitors proceeded to purchase or order.

Retro Classics Stuttgart was also an international success: Ten percent of the visitors came from abroad, the proportion of foreign exhibitors was almost a quarter. Especially among the press the international interest was high: of the 819 journalists, a third came from abroad.
