The Talbot Lago-Record Type T26 was built by the French Talbot between 1946 and 1953 and was the most powerful production car available at the time when it was introduced in 1946. This is a Talbot Lago-Record Type T26 in a rare coupe version and has beautiful black paintwork and a red leather interior. Truly beautiful and very chic color combination on this elegant coupe. The engine is the original 4482CC 6 in-line engine and the manual Wilson pre-selector 4-speed gearbox that delivers 170 HP. In total, only 750 of the type T26 were built and the number of coupe versions is even less, of which very few remain. This makes it not only a beautiful French classic but also an extremely rare car and of course a very healthy investment. The car comes with the original technical booklet from 1948.
