1958 Alfa Romeo Giulietta Sprint Speciale

The Alfa Romeo Giulietta Sprint Speciale (Giulietta SS) was the more luxurious Giulietta in the range. While Alfa Romeo would manufacture the Berlina Sedan version, Bertone designed the 1958 Sprint Speciale. The Giulietta SS seemed a perfect solution to a competition version of the Giulietta Sprint Veloce. Yet, the SS proved to be too heavy for the task, and instead became a stylish road car. Manufactured from 1957 - 1962, the Giulietta SS would see 1366 units produced.
